Restructuring

We’re down to the last two minutes of the fourth quarter, and we can’t believe how close some of the matches are.  Although Oil & Gas and Puerto Rico are showing that they’re the teams to beat, others need a time-out to plot their strategy as they get down to the wire.  Both Make-Wholes vs. Sovereign Debt and Combined Plan and Disclosure Statement vs. Third Party Releases are only separated by one point going into the final minutes!  Meanwhile, there’s still time for Equitable Mootness to pull off an upset over the Trust Indenture Act.  You may be tired of hearing it this year, but every vote counts!  Cast your vote by noon tomorrow (Friday).  And don’t forget to leave comments that we can use if your favorites make it to the next round.
