Our Final Four Chapter 11 Match-Ups
A headline we saw about this year’s NCAA Final Four pretty much sums it up for our top chapter 11 case Final Four: “No Room for Cinderella at the Final Four Ball.” Even though some underdogs nipped at the heels of our contenders, some of the most well-known chapter 11 cases of all time are the ones you selected to advance to our Final Four. Enron now squares off against Lehman — which formerly highflying company’s rapid fall from grace earns it a spot in the championship round? One of them will face the winner of the GM/Chrysler vs. Johns-Manville battle, companies whose chapter 11 cases successfully addressed systemic problems facing their respective industries.
