Lehman Wins Our March Madness Tournament
So perhaps size does matter. The largest, most complex chapter 11 cases in history have won the 2012 title of top bankruptcy cases of all time. Lehman faced tougher competition in the 2012 March Madness Bracket than it did at its confirmation hearing, but still beat GM/Chrysler by a more than 3 to 1 lead. The final results were 76.6% to 24.4%. Thanks to all who participated in this year’s tournament and congratulations to all that participated in the Lehman cases.
