Public Company Advisory Group Co-Head Lyuba Goltser has been named among the 2023 Notable Women in Law by Crain’s New York Business. The annual list recognizes a select group of women attorneys in the New York City metropolitan area “at the pinnacle of their profession whose impact radiates well beyond the clients they serve.”

Lyuba was selected for their numerous achievements representing clients, mentoring junior attorneys and promoting diversity.

Lyuba was honored for her work counseling boards of directors and executives on a range of corporate governance issues, including securities law compliance and regulatory matters, sustainability, internal investigations and shareholder activism. Crain’s also highlighted her contributions to Women@Weil, which is dedicated to embracing the talents and energy of women attorneys across the Firm.
