Ray C. Schrock Named a Finalist for Corporate Attorney of the Year in 2024 American Lawyer Industry Awards
Restructuring Department Co-Chair Ray C. Schrock has been chosen as a finalist for “Corporate Attorney of the Year (Capital and Solutions)” at the 2024 American Lawyer Industry Awards.
Ray is one of eight finalists in the category, which encompasses Bankruptcy, Capital Markets, Funds and Tax. The “Corporate Attorney of the Year” accolades honor “transactional attorneys who have helped clients achieve business success, impact an industry, create novel mechanisms to close deals” or “otherwise show a range of deal prowess.”
Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in New York on November 13.
