Restructuring

Sylvia Mayer and Reneé Wells have published an article in the November 15, 2010 Energy Law Special Report of the Texas Lawyer, entitled “Help Energy Clients Survive Tough Times”, in which the authors discuss tools available to outside and in-house counsel to assist energy clients reassess business functions to meet economic challenges and maximize value during tough economic times.  The authors focus on the importance of helping clients to identify their goals, plan ahead, and prepare for and survive an economic storm.
