The Hidden Value in Recovery and Resolution Planning
Business Finance and Restructuring partner Sylvia Mayer, Corporate partner Heath Tarbert, and Business Finance and Restructuring associate Sunny Singh co-authored an article regarding the hidden value of recovery and resolution planning for systemically important financial institutions that are required by the Dodd-Frank Act to file “living wills.” The article identifies ways that the recovery and resolution planning process can be used by such institutions to promote and improve their business.
