Dodd-Frank & Financial Institution Regulation
FDIC is Meeting Today on Living Wills

As we reported last week, the FDIC is meeting today and expected to approve the final rule implementing the living will requirements under Dodd-Frank.  We will post an update this afternoon following the FDIC meeting, so please check back with the blog later today.
