Restructuring Department Co-Chairs Matt Barr, Gary Holtzer and Ray C. Schrock have been recognized as “2021 Crisis Leadership Trailblazers” by The National Law Journal.

They were profiled in a special supplement honoring the country’s foremost crisis management lawyers. The NLJ recognized their leadership in helping global businesses manage the unprecedented challenges of the pandemic, and the expertise and direction they have provided to clients in dozens of complex restructurings in that time. The profile highlighted the Co-Chairs’ achievements in AMC Entertainment Inc.’s capital raising and restructuring efforts, J.Crew Group Inc.’s prearranged chapter 11 case, the innovative out-of-court restructuring of Serta Simmons Bedding, and the global reorganization of Speedcast International, the first wholly virtual chapter 11 proceeding.
